Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to AutoBlocks.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions and trials
AutoBlocks is a paid service after any free trial we offer. Plans, usage limits, and prices are shown at checkout and on our pricing page.
Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until canceled through the billing flow or Stripe customer portal when available. Refunds follow our published refund policy and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You will not misuse the Service, including: sending spam or unlawful content via notifications or webhooks; attempting to bypass usage limits; reverse engineering except where permitted by law; or accessing another user's tenant data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.
Your content and automations
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it solely to operate the Service.
You are responsible for obtaining any consents required before automating messages or webhooks that affect other people.
Intellectual property
AutoBlocks, our logos, templates, and software are owned by us or licensors. These Terms do not grant rights to our trademarks or source code.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access with notice where reasonable, or immediately for serious violations.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete data after a retention period.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised date and, for material changes, provide notice in the product or by email.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies.
