Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how AutoBlocks.ai collects, uses, and protects information when you use our marketing site, product app, and APIs (collectively, the "Service").
Information we collect
Account data: email address, display name, password (stored hashed), and workspace (tenant) membership.
Routine data: AutoBlock definitions, triggers, steps, execution logs, and usage counts for billing entitlements.
Billing data: subscription status, plan, and Stripe customer identifiers — payment card data is handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers.
Technical data: session cookies, request logs, correlation IDs, and approximate usage metrics for reliability and security.
How we use information
To operate the Service, authenticate you, run your AutoBlocks, deliver in-app and email notifications, enforce plan limits, process payments, and improve product reliability.
We do not sell your personal information. We may use aggregated, de-identified data for product analytics.
Notifications
If you enable email notifications, we send messages through Resend to your account email or an address you configure in a step. In-app notifications are stored in your workspace until you mark them read or delete your account.
Retention and security
We retain account and routine data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as required for backups, billing, or law.
We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, server-side sessions, tenant isolation, and hosted infrastructure with access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
Your rights
You may access, update, or delete much of your data through the product. Contact support@autoblocks.ai for export or deletion requests. Where applicable law provides additional rights (e.g. GDPR), we will honor verified requests.
